Service Description

IGNIS is a web application that decodes the thinking behind quotes by notable achievers using mental models and frameworks. The service processes submitted quotes through the Anthropic Claude AI API to generate psychological and strategic analysis. IGNIS is provided as a personal insight tool and is not intended as professional psychological, financial, or strategic advice.

User Responsibilities

By using IGNIS you agree to submit only text you have the right to process. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any analysis provided by the service.

Anthropic API Usage

Analysis is generated via the Anthropic Claude API. Quotes submitted are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing in accordance with Anthropic's usage policies and privacy practices. IGNIS does not retain submitted quotes after processing. By using IGNIS you acknowledge that submitted text passes through Anthropic's infrastructure.

Free Tier and Paid Access

Free users receive 3 decodes per day, resetting at midnight local time. Paid plans offer unlimited daily decodes. Pricing is displayed in USD or INR depending on detected location.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of the service, IGNIS does not offer refunds on monthly or lifetime plans. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact yagyadeepsharma19@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

IGNIS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of IGNIS after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects when these terms were last revised.
